VtsKernelLinuxKselftest: update x86_{32|64} to skip ABI filtering
The x86 tests are under the folder "x86" which happens to match the x86
ABI name. We need to skip the ABI filtering in PushFilePreparer so that
these tests aren't skipped when running the x86_64 configuration.
