Improve logging in VTS VtsTrebleVendorVintfTest

In VtsTrebleVendorVintfTest, the test cases VtsTrebleVendorVintfTest#DeviceManifest/SingleManifestTest.ServedHwbinderHalsAreInManifest/0_64bit and VtsTrebleVendorVintfTest#DeviceManifest/SingleManifestTest.ServedHwbinderHalsAreInManifest/0_32bit don't log which services caused them to fail. This patch improves the logging
