Fuzzer opens HALs in binder mode by default.
graphics.mapper and renderscript are still fuzzed in passthrough.
We want the fuzzer to fuzz the HAL in conditions as close as possible to
those on a user build.
Test: SANITIZE_TARGET="address coverage" make vts -j64 && vts-tradefed
run commandAndExit vts --skip-all-system-status-check --primary-abi-only
--skip-preconditions -l VERBOSE --module VtsHalBluetoothV1_0IfaceFuzzer
