Follow Soong changes to PathForSource behavior in tests

Soong no longer enforces that files referenced with PathForSource
or PathForModuleSrc exist in the mock filesystem.  Remove unnecessary
files from the AIDL tests, and manually throw an error for the API
files since the test wants to assert they don't exist.
