Run tests w/o disabling verity.

It's less error prone to avoid modifying the system.img, and when
working with userdebug, there is no need for an extra reboot in order to
disable verity.

Bug: 129507417 # longterm solution to replace use of custom test scripts
               # with actual infrastructure
Test: m installclean && m && <flash and wipe data partition> && \
         ./runtests.sh
