Remove required interface parameter from analyzer

This change allows the use of analyzer binaries without specifying an
interface to analyze. The analyzer will use the interface name in the
RecordedTransactions to decode them if possible and general information
about the transaction otherwise.

Test: `m android.hardware.power-cpp-analyzer`, then on device
`android.hardware.power-cpp-analyzer listen
"android.hardware.power.IPower/default"` or similar.
