Add 64-bit transition data support to debug tool The dump-tzdata.py tool now dumps the 64-bit section as well as the 32-bit section. Bug: 73719425 Test: ran ./dump-tzdata.py -tzdata ../../output_data/iana/tzdata -output /tmp/2019a Change-Id: I389f0838a7b1b5416a4b40f46ab3011f74f63928
