Store crash NCI log before reporting error status NativeNfcManager would also try to abort nfc stack when receiving, which cause the native crash logs could not be stored before aborting. Bug: 153704838 Test: adb shell dumpsys nfc Change-Id: I09210441232066d17813351c913f2a20797f1a8e
