Revert "logcat: remove the -S option." This reverts commit 11f0b6a6931baa081d365d03643950d972fe0645. Reason for revert: looking at the next stage of this, some of the high-level statistics (that aren't expensive) are used in the implementation. Since we'll have to keep those, we should probably also leave in the way to output them, and just remove the per-pid and per-tid stuff instead.
