logd: Add 'print_all_logs' to replay_messages Add 'print_all_logs' which is equivalent to running `logcat` from the beginning of the captured log buffers. Test: all logs can be replayed from the start Change-Id: If0e25513fb294e61c834f82fbf90468c4b767424
