Revert "logd: yield in FlushTo() if a write is pending" This reverts commit c85ab856b99936c4d4bd893e26ae2f1b06357b31. Reason for revert: This doesn't fix the underlying issue and exacerbates a race condition. Reverting while the race condition is fixed, to have fewer crashes.
