Update for new kernel headers (v4.14). Most of this is now in the upstream kernel headers, so remove all of the duplicates. Test: Compiles for arm/arm64/x86/x86_64, boot hikey, sailfish. Change-Id: Ibe0094c7934f62636a60cfeca4e27f4ff90061d3
