suspend: Remove zygote wl on autosuspend enable

If system_server restarts a kernel wakelock is taken by init
to ensure that the system can make sufficient progress to
recover before autosuspend is triggered.

Once the framework has restarted and attempts to renable
autosuspend remove the kernel wakelock
