Fix up color generation in gecko_profile_generation

Use the symbol filename directly, not the %s (in %s) stackframe
string. This means we can test the entire filename rather than
depending on buggy " in " checks that false-positive say that
"Collections.sort" is a ".so" file.

Add a few more categorisations for .odex, .jar, and .apk.
