Don't configure queue depth & IO scheduler for auto products The ConfigureScheduler and ConfigureQueueDepth calls are now guarded by the DISABLE_LOOP_IO_CONFIG compile time flag. This flag is automatically added when compiling libapexd for automotive products (TARGET_BOARD_AUTO variable is set to true).
