Apexd: Restrict apexservice_test to first arch There is no reason to run the test in both 32-bit and 64-bit. It only doubles test time. Binder cross-arch functionality is tested elsewhere. Test: atest apexservice_test Change-Id: I46f8d9629165d4c5ef81c325729e9781505917d5
