Validate update of vendor apex at install time Bug: 254570732 Test: ApexdHostTest, ApexTestCases, libvintf_test, ApexServiceTestCases Apexd performs an additional check on incoming vendor apexes, using the VintfObject library to compatibility-check after adding the vintf_fragment data from the incoming apex.
