Actually update bcc_compat. My prior changelist failed to build/copy the latest bcc_compat and instead only stripped the existing version (making it different). I now ensure that I have built and copied over the appropriate executable. Change-Id: Icd2b9f4b3a426549932cc2cd330772e783b7bf93
