Update prebuilt signapk to #3252072 aosp-master-full-eng
The Darwin conscrypt_openjdk_jni shared library is from
aosp-master-mac_sdk #3252072 build. #3252072 is ToT AOSP master from
Sep 7 2016.
This update rolls up the following major changes from
build/tools/signapk:
* fa1da6c3114d9f0c0cd0e27025c07f73f1810b76: Switch to signing logic
from apksig library
* 26f00cda4b979d7e74db6872990682335b36612b: Store JAR entry alignment
information in APK
* b141ded82bef9af3c65b4192f986605f6c0dc21e: SHA-256 with ECDSA/DSA
supported only on API Level 21 and higher
* 0caa16a6d1b4349654956c895aab925c9522d2cf: No need to JAR-sign OTA
update packages (-w mode)
