Predex prebuilts sdk libraries This is to allow incremental compilation with Jack of the modules using those libraries. Jack is not supporting incremental compilation when some libraries in classpath or in import are not predexed. Bug: 19115344 Change-Id: I8e720f9581ccb70a7755f66127b6dcec96f102d5
