Avoid false alarms from git secrets in hiddenapi flags csv files. They can contain lines like: Lfoo/bar/Something$Mumble;->KEY:Lfoo/bar/Something$Mumble; where "KEY" gets picked up by a "git secret --list" regexp. Test: prebuilts/runtime/mainline/update.py --local-dist ../aosp/out/dist with freshly built prebuilts in ../aosp/out/dist Bug: 190489909 Change-Id: Idc239cc6e061d5ce7766d81f8924ead30ebb8c6a
