GCC 4.9: move binary names and add 3s sleeps As per: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/prebuilts/clang/host/linux-x86/+/master/GCC_4_9_DEPRECATION.md Also fixes a missed renamed from aosp/948236. No one reported any build failures which implies that nothing is invoking arm-linux-androideabi-gcc on Darwin and reporting such failues. That sounds like one less thing that will break when removed.
