      "message": "fuchsia: update the prebuilts\n\nUpdates the Fuchsia IDK to a recent build. GBL will use a few of the\nfiles contained here for ZBI structure definitions.\n\nThis code was last updated in 2019 and isn\u0027t included in the main AOSP\nmanifest, so presumably nobody cares about it anymore and we can do what\nwe want.
