Patch prebuilt with a symlink from lib/clang/16 to lib/clang/16.0.2 Future versions will move to a new path without minor versions. Patch the current version with a symlink for seamless transition. Test: persubmit Bug: 259351615 Change-Id: I782022d3f2b34497867d6e231ca1c5d7955f8fbe
