Symlink Linux resource directory in the Darwin toolchain Similar to https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/prebuilts/clang/host/darwin-x86/+/825610. This fixes Darwin build breaks in system/bt. I'll change update_prebuilts.py to automatically create the symlink. Bug: N/A Test: N/A Change-Id: I201eafac32ae004db9df1ee9f33d1278bd579a84
