AIDEGen: Update prebuilt from aosp_x86-eng (5731721)
The aidegen prebuilt binary is download from qt-dev aosp_x86-eng
5731721.
Update CLs:
aosp/1012161: Remove metrics v1 version.

Test: 1. aidegen tradefed -s -v
2. aidegen nothing -s -v
3. Check the message "LogRequest successfully sent to Clearcut"
exists in both steps 1 and 2.

It should launch Settings and framework in IntelliJ.
4.2. aidegen packages/apps/Settings frameworks/base
It should launch Settings and framework in IntelliJ.

It should launch cts with Android Studio.

It should show aidegen help.

It should launch android whole repo.

It should show follow log: You choose "--skip-build".
4.8. aidegen framework -n
It don't launch IDE, and framwork.iml should be generated.

It should show follow log: "LogRequest successfully sent
to Clearcut".
