Update emulator binaries (fix MIPS boot).

This refreshes the emulator binaries to get a list of quality
bug fixes, detailed in README. Short version is:

- Fixes to MIPS emulation to allow aosp_mips-userdebug to boot
- Updated icon for windows and linux executables.
- Make emulator binaries unstripped by default (to get better
stack traces in case of crashes).
- Misc. GPU emulation fixes.
