Move libimapper_stablec ABI dumps to hardware/interfaces The "current" directory is not necessary for trunk stable because it no longer represents the ABI being finalized in a dev branch. The directory will possibly be removed. The opt-in ABI dumps are moved to their own project. Test: m libimapper_stablec_abicheck Bug: 333532038 Change-Id: If20f1ceac42665f56c063498ccb6be84731efd88
