Clean outputDir before every Fass run Bug: 196573994 Test: Run atest FlickerLibTest:FassMockTest twice and then adb ls <outputDir> to check that there are only 4 files in the directory. Change-Id: I967a492f0b681bd84754efe13a7aa1c3e0bf4d99
