Audio Test Harness - Implements Basic Port Utility: - Implements PortUtility to identify an open port in the dynamic port range automatically. - Adds Tests for the above utility class. - Adds targets for above tests. - Updates TEST_MAPPING file to reference all existing tests and mark all tests as host-side tests.
