Improve stability wait Status and Nav bar Currently the tests verify only if they are visible, even though they may be animation (e.g. color.alpha increasing). Now the test will wait until the animation complete by ensuring that: - nav bar window and layer are visible - status bar window and layer are visible - nav and nav bar color.alpha = 1 Bug: 186445782 Bug: 186115871 Test: atest FlickerTests WmShellFlickerTests Change-Id: Ib264a3d4ea7b1fc205e5dff76631d89f196cd53e
