Remove the flushing while collect microbenchmark jank metrics This is a quick workaround because we only miss the metric of the last frame if the sf callback is not flushed, and it is not high possibility to occur. Bug: 225105422 Test: atest Change-Id: I1af6514eed769765dec9dcdc0a30236e35d16d58
