Refine scrollHomePage & add getHomeScrollView for IYouTubeHelper 1.Refine the scrollHomePage() 2.Add getHomeScrollView() to get UiObject2, that can reduce the uncertain time to enhance the accuracy of the metrics collection when scrolling.
