Move the CallManager registerPhone into GsmCdmaPhone After the user enable DSDS, the CallManager doesn't register the new phone. It causes the new phone can't notify mmi dialog. Fix: 173704265 Test: atest GsmCdmaPhoneTest (PASS) Manual test: enable DSDS, then call *135#. (PASS) Change-Id: Ide13656be4612c3249f7248190af1c3919932ad5
