Carrier redirection does not work after checking user app redirection After the checking of user added redirection service is completed, carrier redirection service will start checking, but Telecom will complete the call redirection check without waiting for the result. Modify to wait for the result of the carrier redirection service. Test: manual Test: auto - Passed TelecomUnitTests:CallsManagerTest.
