vm tool: rename --gki arg to more generic --os one

This makes it easier to run different variants of microdroid VM both for
testing and debugging.

Additionally remove the flag guarding around --gki argument since the
corresponding flag has been released.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
