pvmfw: Increase STACK_PAGES to 12

Some platforms are now hitting the limit of the (arbitrary) stack size
of 8 pages we were using so bump it up by 50%. As pvmfw zeroes this
stack region, we aim to keep it as small as possible.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
