Support talkback for toggle buttons in port forwarding setting

Port number is 8080 for instance:
Before: On/Off. Switch. Double tap to toggle
After: On/Off. 8080 Switch. Double tap to toggle

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
