Demotes early VM related tests to postsubmit

Presubmit now requires to be finished within 30m.
avf_early_vm_test and vm_accessor_test are takes 2m for each
while most tests finish within 1m.

Since their key features are tested indirectly via booting with keymint in VM, demote them to postsubmit.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
