Remove deprecated *_multialg functions.

This is the last CL in the chain to refactor and remove the *_multialg
variants of some functions. For more details see
go/make-libdiced_open_dice-multialg.

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF)

Android Virtualization Framework (AVF) provides secure and private execution environments for executing code. AVF is ideal for security-oriented use cases that require stronger isolation assurances over those offered by Android’s app sandbox.
