uwb(service): Remove stack redundancies (2/2) 1. Rename IUwbAdapter2 -> IUwbAdapter 2. Rename IUwbRangingCallbacks2 -> IUwbRangingCallbacks 3. Move ranging callback permission check to UwbSessionNotificationManager. 4. Remove all state from UwbServiceImpl. Bug: b/196225233 Test: Manual testing.
