Backhaul RTT ICMP ping Implementation at ANE and WBM
Jio Req 12.1.2:
Backhaul quality params calculated based on ICMP ping:
-Number of pings = 3 to 5 to each resolved IP address for
the configured FQDN, packet size = 32 bytes,
intra ping interval = 100ms
-The device shall decide to remain in LTE or initiate
ePDG connect based on the above parameters (i.e. RTT).
-If the device moves to LTE, re-attempt acquiring WiFi
after a configurable backoff timer(default value of
timer is 10 minutes).
Jio Req 12.2:
Device will continue to ping the pre-configured ping
server (ping configuration same as in #12.1.2 above) with
a ping interval of 30 minutes
