Add code for Remote Key Provisioning Daemon Remote Key Provisioning Daemon (rkpd) is a new module to be used for remote provisioning. This module would contained the remote provisioning functionality which used to be a part of keystore. RKPD would also add network connectivity previously handled by RemoteProvisioner.
