Update config defaults Take into account latest feedback: - update min size for all types - update heap profiling sampling internval min/max - add rounding up for buffer sizes to nearest multiple of 4 Bug: 330940387 Test: atest ProfilingFrameworkTests Flag: EXEMPT - bug fix Change-Id: Ib68794d935cfee805face0f8b02003757915ce23
