[DeviceStateLLM] Add default apps info to device states
Add a deeplink to the default app list screen. For each supported
role, add a deeplink and the default app for that role in the device
states.

Test: Run adb shell cmd app_function execute-app-function --package
com.google.android.permissioncontroller --function
getPermissionsDeviceState --parameters '{}' and verify the default app
info in the output are expected
