Change last_opened_category_title to quantity_plurals

Update last_opened_category_title to quantinty_plurals in order to support 1 month message on Android TV (as apps are hibernated on TV after being unused for 1 month).

Relnote: Improving user info message about Unused Apps Hibernation.
