Release wakelock on watchdog timeout The mRoutingWakeLock won't be released if the WatchDog timeouts, preventing the system to go to suspend. Test: Manual; force watchdog with thread sleep Change-Id: Ia77fb4c2f7bfb8f667932058b8bdfa66d680b764
