Add a test case to verify IPv6 addresses being removed when valid lifetime expires. To verify whether the kernel removes all IPv6 address from interface when the valid lifetime expires, as a result, a onProvisioningFailure event will be triggered if that's an IPv6-only network. Helpful to reproduce an issue reported by OEM. Test: atest testKernelDeletesIPv6AddressesOnValidLifetimeExpires --iterations Change-Id: Id590a35646416325daa447533198fffffe7401db
