Check current APF capabilities in dump Sta+Sta capable wifi interfaces start as secondary interface, so their provisioning configuration does not indicate APF support. APF support is enabled as soon as the interface switches to primary, but dump() used to still report "No active ApfFilter" (which confused me for longer than I would like to admit).
