Rename emitEpilogue() to emitDefaultPacketHandling()

This commit renames the emitEpilogue() method to
emitDefaultPacketHandling(). This change provides a more accurate and
descriptive name, as the logic is no longer solely related to the
epilogue of the program but handles default packet processing.
